Terms of payment for Ins-Machinery Ltd.

After reviewing the items in the "spare parts" section of Ins Machinery, you would like to receive information about a product or price, please send an inquiry with the given reference number.

We will answer you as soon as possible.

If you wish for an item, a pro forma invoice is issued and after the date of issue the buyer is obliged to pay the full amount within fourteen days.

After receiving the amount from the buyer, the seller Ins-Machinery issues an invoice and charges value added tax on the agreed amount.

In case of non-observance of this term, the order is canceled.

Costs and freight
Your parts are shipped by DHL or mail and shipping costs are based on their prices. In addition to transportation costs, there are packaging and handling costs depending on the weight and size of the product. If the weight exceeds 30 kg, the goods are placed on a pallet, for which there will be additional costs.

Delivery time
The parts in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. If the order is placed before 11:00 GMT + 2, the parts are usually shipped the same day, otherwise they are shipped the next day. Parts that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

Return and warranty
Many of our used products have NO warranty.
